Impact of Heads of Public Secondary Schools Managerial Skills on Academic Performance in Morogoro Municipality

The purpose of the research study was set to investigate impact heads secondary schools’ managerial skills on students’ academic performance in Morogoro Municipality Tanzania. specific objectives were determine possessed by schools which influenced municipality, find out how and measures improving management saturated sampling technique used identify respondents for study. Thus, all given opportunity participate Twenty-three within involved data collected through closed-ended questionnaires quantitative open-ended qualitative data. instrument reliability tested using Cronbach Coefficient Alpha where coefficient 0.757 realized it considered reliable. presented APA tables discussion whereas analysed thematically. results revealed that most able use different influence schools. In order get better improvement, there a need improve skills. It recommended should be committed school supervision competence they had acquired. positively performance, Government provide training is critical enhancing
